About Sai CT

Established on 3 June 2022, Sai CT Road Works is a Malaysian contractor focused on road construction and related civil works. Our work covers the full site cycle—from preparation, milling and pavement rehabilitation to premix paving, drainage, reinstatement and line marking.
We support government, commercial, residential and infrastructure clients with a hands-on approach to planning, machinery coordination, material supply, quality control and site delivery.
